Meal Plan & Housing License Agreement

After selecting your room, you'll log back into the application to pick your meal plan.  Based on where your room assignment is, you'll only be shown meal plans you can select.  Townhouse rooms include a base 75 Block meal plan, Becket/More rooms include a base 175 Block meal plan, and all other rooms include a full meal plan (5day or 7day) in the housing costs.

Campus Housing has partnered with GradGuard, which offers a unique renter’s insurance program that has protected over 500,000 students nationwide. In the event of a fire or a flood Saint Mary's does not cover the cost of your personal belongings if they're damaged or stolen.  However, with GradGuard you're able to select optional renters insurance as part of the room selection process.  

The final step to confirm your space is to review and electronically sign the housing license agreement (HLA).  In addition to residence hall policies and procedures, the HLA outlines housing costs, fees, as well as cancellation terms and deadlines. Here is the HLA from 24-25 for reference.
